"Noor you should get some rest recently you've been working too much and in your leisure time you're either out with me in a cafe like this or at home helping your mom in household stuff" My best friend jhanvi said

"I know jhanu but work comes first na and baba ke business ko abhi aur aage lekr jana h how can I rest right now new York fashion Week is almost here" I replied

"But there is almost 5 months in it" She said

"Yea but you  know these 5 months will pass by quickly" I replied

"Huh terese behes krna bekar hai" She said sighing

(Arguing with you is useless)

"Yaar I can understand you're saying this for my good only but tereko pata hai na how important this is for me and it's my first New york fashion show project in my company how can I not be serious about this I have to win no matter what this company,this fashion show means everything to me jhanu" I said

"Leave all this let's get going we can get some rest come one" She said and nodding I picked my coffee and started going towards the door when I bumped into someone

"what the fuck don't you have eyes or what? " He shouted

"I'm sorry" I said but I gues he was in no mood hear my sorry

"Next time just say hi... No need for the iced intro" He replied rolling my eyes

"Oops my bad i thought you needed cooling down.That ego looked overheated" I said and could see he is getting more angry which was my whole point here

"Noor shant hoja lets leave" Said jhanu

(Noor calm down)

"Save the excuses just look where you're going next time" Saying he left from there I so wanted to kill him but I can't do anything ughhhh

"Calm down noor" Said jhanvi

"I am calm" I replied

"Yea I can totally see that" She replied rolling her eyes

"Leave him let's get going ek hi din to chutti li hai tune vo waste nhi krte" She said

(You took leave for one day only let's not waste it)

I nodded and sat in her car as she came to pick me up from my house

"I can't believe how much of an idiot he was" I said

"Why are you still thinking about him noor forget him clear your mind" She said and I sighed looking outside the window

Abhiveer's pov

I woke up early then usual as I have a important meeting in a nearby cafe today I got ready after my usual gym routine and went downstairs for breakfast

"Good morning bhabhi maa" I said

"Good morning abhiveer ajj itna jldi kaise?" She asked she is my bhabhi maa a mother figure to me and all my siblings she is veer bhai sa's wife

"Vo i have a meeting" I replied

"Acha you sit I'll bring you breakfast" She said and I nodded sitting on the table

Although everyday we all have breakfast and dinner together that's a rule made by bhabhi maa but today due to my meeting I'm eating alone

"Here you go" She said with a plate of aloo parantha with dahi

"Thank you bhabhi maa" I said and ate my breakfast

Finishing it I got up keeping my plate in the kitchen  I started leaving

"Bye I'm leaving bhabhi maa" I said

"Thike abhi aram se jana" she said

(Ok abhi go safely)

I left from there when I got an important call

"Hello sir you have a meeting today at 8" My P.A Rahul said

"I know" I said while sitting in my car

"Ok sir" He said and ended the call we don't talk much while office hours

I started the drive and reached the cafe in half and hour

I was walking towards the door when my phone pinged with a message I took it out to check it while opening the door when I bumped into someone and felt some cold stuff all over me

I looked down to realize it was coffee I was fuming with anger seeing this

"what the fuck don't you have eyes or what? " I shouted

"I'm sorry" She said but I was in no mood hear her sorry

"Next time just say hi... No need for the iced intro" I replied rolling my eyes

"Oops my bad i thought you needed cooling down.That ego looked overheated" She replied adding more fuel to my anger

"Noor shant hoja let's leave" Said the girl standing next to her oh so her name is noor

(Noor calm down)

"Save the excuses. Just look where you're going next time" i said and ignoring her left from there

I went and saw the client sitting there and sat with him

The meeting took almost 2 hours to finish and I was in no mood of going to office so I straight went to home as I know bhabhi maa will handle bhai sa if he says anything to me texting to my p.a about my leave I left

I reached home and enter inside

"Abhiveer you here at this time?" Asked dada sa

To which nodded and rushed to my room as I was in no mood to talk

I entered my room and just after 2 min I heard a knock I know it was bhabhi maa so I said come in and she came in

"What happened abhi??" She asked

"Bhabhi maa I just met a girl she is so dumb she dropped her whole coffee on me see" I said showing her my shirt

Hearing which she started laughing "seriously you are laughing" I said

"So what abhi dont tell me you burst out on her" She said

"Umm actually I did" I said

"Abhi these things happen you should stay calm in these things naa" She said trying to make me understand I just hummed "ok rest for some time and come for lunch on time" She said and left my room
